Our team at Elevated Insights Assessment is committed to creating an inclusive, safe, and anti-racist space for all. Action Steps:
We will engage in continuous courageous conversations around racism, oppression, diversity and inclusion in the workplace so that we can continue to educate and challenge ourselves.
We will be a safe space for our team to process micro/macro aggression and covert/overt racism and how to respond in these situations.
We acknowledge that systemic racism and oppression impact people of color. We offer reduced rates and partner with Colorado Medicaid to increase access to assessment services.
We work to decrease institutional barriers by increasing access to equitable, culturally responsive, and evidenced based psychological assessment services.
