At Elevated Insights Assessment, we provide personalized psychological and psychoeducational evaluations to help children, adolescents, and young adults thrive. Our assessments are designed to identify strengths, clarify diagnoses, and guide effective interventions.

To make our services as accessible and transparent as possible, we offer tiered pricing based on the scope of the evaluation. All assessments are billed at an hourly rate of $220.  Below are the tiers we offer to suit a variety of needs:

Tier 1: Ranges from $660-$1,980

Tier 2: $3,520 

Tier 3: $4180 

Tier 4: $4950 

Payment Information

Payment is expected at time of service. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. We also accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flex Spending Account dollars. We provide superbills which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

EIA also accepts Kaiser for autism spectrum disorder testing with an internal referral only.

Updates to Denver Health Medicaid & Commercial Referrals:

At Elevated Insights Assessment, we are deeply committed to providing high-quality psychological assessments and ensuring timely access to psychological assessment services. However, we are currently experiencing significant challenges related to payment processing and administrative issues with Denver Health, all of which are outside of our control. These difficulties have impacted our ability to maintain the level of service and efficiency families deserve.

To address these concerns and uphold our standards of care, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily pause accepting new Denver Health referrals. This pause will allow us to focus on resolving these issues with the hope of Denver Health implementing new systems to better navigate these challenges moving forward.
We understand this may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause. Please know that we are working diligently to restore normal operations as quickly as possible. Good Faith Estimate/No Surprises Act:

A Good Faith Estimate agreement form will be sent for your approval after you decide to move forward with assessment services at our practice. This will include an estimate of the cost you will pay for the assessment, which will be based on the referral question. If additional assessments are indicated during the course of the evaluation, you will receive a new estimate.
