With a common mission and passion of working with children and helping them thrive in a variety of settings, Lowry Speech & Occupational Therapy consists of a group of highly-trained speech language pathologists and occupational therapists who work with a wide range of ages. Founded in 2006, their treatment approach is fun, collaborative and family-centered, offering comprehensive assessment and treatment for a variety of concerns that may impact a child’s ability to perform at their best.

Our friends at Lowry Speech & Occupational Therapy put an emphasis on socioemotional development, offering social skills groups that are designed to develop improved self-awareness and self-esteem, identify and better understand nonverbal language, build an understanding of social rules and social expectations, grow in confidence with social interactions and problem-solve, negotiate, and work together with peers as a team. For children eight to 12 years old, the Secret Agent Society Social Skills Curriculum helps children crack the code of emotions and friendships through an animated computer game, Helpful Thought Missile action game and many more award-winning resources. At the conclusion of the 12-week program, Junior Detectives are equipped with the skills to feel happier, calmer and braver while making new friends and keeping them.
